The premises were safe with well-managed risks. The registered manager had implemented additional checks to ensure the home remained free from clutter and clean, with appropriate doors kept locked. People felt safe and well supported by staff, with relatives expressing confidence in how staff managed risks. External professionals shared similar positive feedback about the safety and support provided.
