HF Trust - Hollycroft

HF Trust - Hollycroft, in Central Bedfordshire, supports up to 7 people who may be autistic or living with a learning disability. Six people were living there when the CQC assessed the service, which has now moved from Requires Improvement to Outstanding, with no breaches found. Inspectors highlighted a kind, creative staff team who put people firmly at the centre of decisions and helped them build real friendships and community links.

The CQC found people were kept safe, with clear risk assessments, enough trained staff, and good medicines management. Support was delivered in line with the Mental Capacity Act, and audits were used to maintain standards. Feedback from people and relatives was overwhelmingly positive, describing a happy, settled home life and staff who made a huge difference to confidence and wellbeing.
