Inspectors found that infection prevention and control procedures were not always effective, with some areas of the environment not consistently clean and certain equipment not fit for purpose. These issues were rectified immediately following the inspection.

The home's quality control systems did not always effectively identify issues, but when problems were discovered during audits, the provider developed action plans to improve care and support continuous learning.
