Park View Residential Care Home

Park View provides accommodation and personal care to older people, including those living with dementia, across four separate units. The service currently supports 59 people and can accommodate up to 60.

Residents and relatives expressed strong satisfaction with the staff. One relative shared, "I can go home happy knowing my relative is well looked after and cared for." Staffing levels were sufficient to meet people's care and support needs, and the service maintained effective recruitment procedures to ensure all staff possessed the necessary skills and suitable backgrounds. Medicines were stored safely and securely, with appropriate systems in place for those requiring support with medication management.
