Park View accommodates up to 87 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 82 residents were living at the service. Staff were consistent and knew residents well, responding promptly to their needs. While risk assessment documentation could be more detailed, there were sufficient staff to provide support and people felt safe. The service had robust recruitment procedures and safeguarding training in place, with staff understanding how to raise concerns about residents' safety or wellbeing. Medicines were managed safely following appropriate training, and staff had access to personal protective equipment with infection prevention and control training received. The provider monitored safety and quality through regular feedback from residents, relatives, and staff to identify areas for improvement.
