Rose Belle

Rose Belle provides care and support to people with a learning disability in an adapted house close to community amenities. The service accommodates up to seven people, with five residents at the time of inspection. Infection control measures were in place, including visitor protocols with temperature testing and sanitisation before entry. The service was visibly clean with increased cleaning of high-touch areas such as door handles and light switches, though some areas requiring repair made cleaning more challenging. The provider planned to address these repairs safely. Staff monitored residents daily for COVID-19 symptoms through temperature checks to quickly identify any health changes, and the service followed government guidance on whole home testing for both residents and staff.
