Staff demonstrated strong safeguarding practices, knowing how to follow the provider's process if concerns arose, and people were protected from harm through proper risk assessment and reporting procedures.

The home maintained safe recruitment practices with relevant checks in place. There were sufficient staff available to meet residents' needs, and staff received appropriate induction and training for their roles. Staff reported feeling supported and valued by the organisation.
