Elizabeth House

Elizabeth House is a purpose-built residential care home providing personal care and accommodation for up to 43 older people, with 38 residents at the time of inspection. The home has made improvements to its consent processes, with clear, embedded practices now in place that support people to have maximum choice and control of their lives. Staff support residents in the least restrictive way possible while acting in their best interests, with policies and systems reflecting these principles. While there were enough staff on duty during the inspection, the home received mixed feedback about staffing levels from those using the service.
