Elizabeth House

People living at the home said they felt safe, happy and well cared for, with staff who knew their needs and preferences. Residents felt involved in decisions about their care, including managing risks such as falls, and said there were enough staff available. The registered manager and senior staff were well known and trusted by people using the service.
