However, some issues with record-keeping and monitoring were noted during this inspection. Risk assessments were not consistently in place for all residents, medicine administration sheets contained gaps, and the service lacked formal monitoring systems for accidents and incidents. Despite these concerns, improvements across staffing, care quality, and dietary support resulted in the home's overall rating changing from Requires Improvement to Good.
