Ostley House

Ostley House provides personal care and accommodation for up to 44 older people, including those with sight loss and dementia. The home offers 44 single rooms, each with en suite toilet and shower facilities. The premises has been specially adapted to support people with sight loss who also have dementia.

During the inspection, the home was managing a COVID-19 outbreak. The registered manager had implemented appropriate guidance, including establishing separate staff teams to support people with positive test results and those without, helping to contain transmission within the service.
