People at the home were safe and protected from abuse and avoidable harm. Staff assessed and managed risks to people's safety effectively. Care was responsive to individual needs, with staff building strong relationships and supporting people with compassion.

The home maintained a person-centred approach, ensuring residents' preferences and choices were respected.
