Kingsfield Residential Care Home

Kingsfield accommodates up to 27 people requiring personal care across three floors in single rooms. At the time of inspection, 22 residents lived at the home. Inspectors identified concerns about recruitment processes, with some pre-employment checks missing. They also found that hazardous items, including cleaning products, were accessible to residents in some areas of the home. The provider's safety monitoring systems had not been effective in identifying these issues before the inspection. Management and provider oversight was otherwise good.
