Staveley House is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care to older people, with capacity for up to 40 residents. At the time of inspection, 34 people lived at the home. The facility was clean and hygienic with infection prevention and control policies in place.
The home maintained sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' care and support needs. Staff underwent thorough recruitment processes, with one employee noting they "felt more confident after the support through the employment process. " Safety was central to care delivery, with risks carefully assessed and monitored to protect individuals.
People received their medicines safely.
