The Old Vicarage

The Old Vicarage provides personal care to up to 21 people across three floors of an adapted building, with residents having their own rooms and access to communal spaces including a lounge, dining room, and large garden. At the time of inspection, 18 people were living at the home.

People, relatives and staff spoke positively about the care and management. They valued the small, family-run nature of the service, which provided continuity of care. Residents and relatives confirmed there were enough staff available to support them, describing staff as caring and helpful. Individual risks had been identified and regularly reviewed through formal risk assessments.
