People and relatives spoke positively about the care, describing staff as kind, patient and respectful. People were supported to pursue individual goals and activities, and professionals gave positive feedback about how well the service worked with them. The management team was found to lead effectively, with strong oversight and clear systems for identifying and resolving problems.
