Meadow Lodge

Meadow Lodge is a residential respite service in Chippenham, Wiltshire, providing short-term care breaks for adults with learning disabilities and autism. The service accommodates up to four people at a time, and at inspection there were four people using it. The home supports people to access local communities and receive care with respect, equality, and dignity, enabling them to maintain independence and make choices about their lives.
