At inspection, the home was operating at full capacity. Though larger than current best practice guidance for learning disability services, the building design integrates well into the residential area, minimizing negative impacts on residents.

Staff are discouraged from wearing uniforms when accompanying people in the community, helping maintain a more domestic, integrated presence.
