Marston Court provides personal care to up to 22 residents, with 19 people living there at the time of inspection. The home maintains high standards of cleanliness, with regular cleaning throughout the service including touchpoint areas. The service has appropriate admission procedures in place to ensure residents move in safely, including negative Covid-19 tests and a 14-day isolation period.

Staff have sufficient access to personal protective equipment including masks and gloves to support safe care practices.
