Gledwood Care Homes

Gledwood Care Homes provides accommodation for up to six adults with mental health needs in a family-run setting. At inspection, three residents were living there. People were happy and felt safe, with their needs being met through a closely-knit team of well-trained staff who had the information needed to provide appropriate care. Safety risks were properly assessed and managed.

Residents received their medicines safely and as prescribed, with support to access other healthcare professionals when needed. Both mental and physical healthcare needs were assessed and planned for. People were able to make choices about their care and were involved in making decisions about their lives.
