Oakleigh Lodge Residential Home

Oakleigh Lodge is a residential care home accommodating up to 15 older people, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 10 residents were living there. The service had previously been found to have breaches relating to safe care, governance, and staffing levels.

Inspectors found that improvements had been made since the last inspection. The provider, registered manager, and staff had worked to address the identified issues and implement safer practices. While positive progress was evident, inspectors noted that these improvements would need further time to become fully embedded in daily practice across the home.
