Inspectors found that previous concerns around staffing levels, training, medicines management and person-centred care planning had all been addressed, with people now receiving good care that met their needs and protected their rights.

People felt safe, involved in their care and confident to raise concerns if needed. Staff were described as kind and attentive, treating people with dignity and respecting their preferences. Leaders and staff shared a culture of learning and continuous improvement, and the service worked well with families and outside agencies.
