Lavender House

Residents and various community professionals, including mental health, medical and social care professionals, spoke positively about the home. One resident commented, "I am very happy living here." The provider has made notable improvements to their governance and quality monitoring systems since the previous inspection, implementing appropriate action to strengthen how these systems are managed.
