Autumn Lodge provides residential care and accommodation to 32 older people across three converted Victorian buildings with three floors. The home specialises in supporting people living with dementia and offers various communal areas including a conservatory, lounge and dining room, along with outdoor access to a garden with patio area and pond.

People at the home feel safe and secure. One resident commented, "I feel absolutely safe here. The staff certainly make that happen.

" Medicines are managed and administered safely, and infection control procedures have been updated in line with current guidance. The home maintains sufficient staffing levels to support people safely, with staff recruited in accordance with the provider's policy. Health, safety and welfare risks are identified and appropriately managed.
