Conifer Lodge

Conifer Lodge is a residential care home supporting up to 26 people living with a range of physical and mental health conditions. At the time of the assessment, 18 people were living there. The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding that people felt safe and well cared for by staff who knew them well.

Inspectors found care plans were detailed and person-centred, reflecting people's preferences and life histories, with risks clearly assessed and managed. People and relatives spoke positively about the friendly atmosphere and approachable management team, feeling confident any concerns would be addressed quickly. The service was found to be well-led, with good oversight and regular quality checks.
