The CQC rated it Outstanding overall, finding exceptionally inclusive leadership, thorough investigation of concerns, and staff who managed risks, medicines and wellbeing effectively.

Inspectors found care was highly personalised, with activities tailored to individual interests and monitored for engagement. People and relatives spoke very positively about staff kindness and communication, including use of personalised technology in rooms. No significant shortfalls were identified.
