Inspectors found gaps in governance, incomplete or inaccurate care records, inconsistent medicines management, and some fire safety issues not identified.

The provider remains in breach of regulations covering safe care and treatment and good governance.

Staff were described as caring and respectful, with people and relatives generally positive about the support provided. Staffing levels and recruitment were safe, and staff understood safeguarding. Improvements were still needed in learning from incidents and monitoring eating and drinking support.
