New Treetops

New Treetops is a residential care home registered to provide accommodation and nursing or personal care for up to six people. At the time of inspection, four people were receiving care, primarily older adults requiring rehabilitation as a step down from hospital before returning home. The premises were clean and well maintained, with care staff managing cleaning schedules effectively to ensure each room, en-suite, and equipment were regularly cleaned. Additional cleaning procedures had been implemented since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, including a regular deep clean programme for high-touch areas.
