Dove Tree House

Dove Tree House provides care and accommodation for up to 34 people requiring personal care, with nursing services available through community nursing services as needed. At the time of inspection, the service was at full capacity with 34 residents. The registered manager demonstrated a clear commitment to providing quality care and supporting people to achieve the best possible quality of life.

Since the previous inspection in August 2016, the service had addressed concerns around best interest decision making, ensuring people's rights were better protected. Staff clarity on this process had improved significantly. The inspection found the service continued to maintain good standards, with no evidence of serious risks or concerns identified during ongoing monitoring.
