Each flat accommodates four residents who may have additional complex needs, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. The home is run by Sense, a national charity supporting deafblind people, using the term 'deafblind' to encompass a wide range of individuals with varying degrees of hearing and sight loss.

During inspection, inspectors found the service continued to demonstrate good standards of care and support for its residents.
