Oak Farm

Oak Farm provides accommodation and personal care for up to seven people with learning disabilities and/or autism across four separate buildings, each with adapted facilities. At the time of inspection, two people were using the service.

The service offers both individual and shared accommodation options. Staff support residents with access to their local communities and work to ensure people have choice and independence in their daily lives. The adapted facilities across the buildings are designed to meet the specific needs of people with learning disabilities and autism.
