Inspectors found staff were exceptionally kind and person-centred, promoting people's independence, choice and access to their community. Care plans were detailed and regularly reviewed, medicines were managed to support independence, and relatives praised staff's skill and compassion, describing the home as safe and attentive to individual needs.
