The Glades at Moorville

The Glades at Moorville is a residential care home in Moorville providing personal care and support for up to five people, including autistic people and those living with a learning disability. The CQC rated the service Good overall, an improvement on its previous rating, having found strong practice across safety, effectiveness, care and leadership.

Inspectors found people felt safe and well supported, with staff described as going out of their way to help. Care was person-centred, promoting independence, choice and dignity, and families reported noticeable positive changes in relatives' confidence and wellbeing. Leadership and culture were found to reflect an inclusive, empowering approach.
