Northlands Care Home (Northumberland)

Northlands Care Home provides accommodation and nursing care for up to 39 people, including those with physical disabilities, medical needs, and dementia. At inspection, 37 people were using the service.

However, inspectors found that people were not always protected from risk, with insufficient mitigation measures in place. The home was subject to organisational safeguarding due to concerns identified by the local safeguarding team. Lessons were not consistently learned following accidents or incidents, and required actions had not been completed.
