Northfield Care Centre

Northfield Care Service is a purpose-built care home accommodating up to 80 people across five units, providing personal and nursing care for older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 68 people were using the service. The home operates a quality monitoring system covering all aspects of management, with action plans developed to drive improvement.

Inspectors identified some documentation that could be strengthened to ensure standards are maintained, which the registered manager addressed following the visit. The service was recommended to ensure documentation remains consistent and new systems are fully embedded.
