Manor View Care Home

Manor View provides personal and nursing care for up to 49 people across two buildings, including a separate unit called Church View which accommodates 14 people. At inspection, 39 people were using the service.

Staff who had been trained and assessed as competent supported people with their medicines as prescribed. However, medicine administration was not consistently recorded, and the registered manager immediately implemented strategies to address this. While people were protected from known risks and staff completed risk assessments with strategies to mitigate them, records were not always completed accurately to evidence these protections.
