Dr Anderson Lodge

Dr Anderson Lodge provides nursing and personal care to up to 60 people with a range of support needs, including dementia, physical disabilities and sensory impairment. At the time of inspection, 32 people were using the service. Staff supported people to stay safe, with risks assessed and actions taken to reduce potential harm. People received their medicines as prescribed, though a small number of medicine records were found to be incorrect and had not been identified by the medicine audit. No evidence of harm to people was found. The registered manager immediately investigated the issue and took action to prevent recurrence, demonstrating commitment to improving safety systems.
