Newstead House is a nursing home providing personal and nursing care to 38 residents aged 65 and over, with capacity for up to 46 people. The service is organised into three separate units: The Home for residential care, and the Wing and Garden Wing for those requiring nursing care.

People living at Newstead House spoke positively about their experience and were complimentary about the home's management. Residents, relatives and staff reported that the provider and registered manager are regularly present and approachable. Staff demonstrated a clear understanding of risks to people's safety and worked to support residents in staying as safe as possible.
