Hampton Grange Nursing Home

Hampton Grange Nursing Home is a residential care home in one large, adapted building, providing personal and nursing care, including complex nursing needs, for up to 42 people. The assessment followed concerns raised about cleanliness, staffing levels and management support, but the CQC found the home was performing well overall and rated it Good.

Inspectors found people received kind, person centred care from suitably trained and safely recruited staff, with medicines managed properly and good standards of hygiene maintained. Staffing levels were sufficient, and previous breaches around record keeping and person centred care had been resolved. A new management team had improved culture and quality assurance, and people, relatives and staff spoke positively about their experience.
