National Star at Ledbury Road

National Star College at Ledbury Road provides personal and nursing care for up to seven people with learning disabilities in one adapted building. At inspection, six people were living at the home.

Staff demonstrated good knowledge of safeguarding processes and how to keep people safe, with sufficient staffing levels to support residents safely. People's care plans and risk assessments were kept up to date and reviewed regularly, and people received their medicines safely.

Residents were supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff enabling them to make decisions about their care and support.
