Mr 'C's

Mr C's is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 40 people, with 26 residents at the time of inspection. People and their relatives reported feeling safe and spoke positively about the management and caring culture of staff. Staff demonstrated knowledge of safeguarding procedures to protect people from abuse.

The service had infection control processes in place to reduce COVID-19 transmission risks. However, inspectors observed some staff not wearing face masks correctly during the inspection, indicating inconsistent adherence to safety protocols.
