Jubilee House

The service provides care for residents requiring accommodation and personal support. During the inspection, improvements were noted in staff training and understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. All staff had completed training on these important safeguarding requirements since the previous inspection. The current manager demonstrated a clear understanding of the regulations and the implications of restrictive practices, showing positive progress in this area of care.
