Moorleigh Residential Care Home

Moorleigh provides personal care and support for up to 20 people with severe and enduring mental health conditions. At inspection, 17 people were living at the service.

People told inspectors they were happy and felt safe at Moorleigh. Staff were observed to be kind, caring and respectful of residents' needs, and relatives spoke positively about the care and support provided. The home is well-led and offers individualised care that is flexible and responsive to each person's needs, delivered by staff who know them well. Risks associated with people's complex care needs have been appropriately assessed and managed by staff.
