Hatt House

Hatt House provides personal and nursing care to 21 residents aged 65 and over, with capacity for up to 24. The service has implemented safe infection prevention and control systems following previous concerns identified in January 2021.

Staff demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding, with clear understanding of how to identify and report abuse concerns. Residents and their relatives consistently describe the staff as kind and caring, noting that people are treated with dignity and respect as individuals.
