Didsbury Court

Didsbury Court provides personal care to up to 20 older people, with 15 residents at the time of inspection. People felt safe living there, and staff understood how to recognise and report abuse. Pre-employment checks were in place, though some employment history checks required completion.

The home identified and managed risks to health and safety effectively, with well-maintained environmental controls. The service was clean and hygienic, protecting residents from infection. Staff supported residents to make choices about their lives and care in the least restrictive way possible, with policies in place to promote their autonomy and best interests.
