Pre-employment checks were in place, though some employment history checks required completion. The home identified and managed risks to health and safety effectively, with well-maintained environmental controls. The service was clean and hygienic, protecting residents from infection. Staff supported residents to make choices about their lives and care in the least restrictive way possible, with policies in place to promote their autonomy and best interests.
