Hadleigh Court provides residential accommodation for up to 31 people, including older people living with dementia and mental health conditions. The CQC found the service remains rated requires improvement overall, with continued breaches relating to safe care and good governance. Risk assessments and care plans were not always accurate or up to date, medicines management was inconsistent, and recent changes in leadership had affected oversight.

Despite this, inspectors found staff were caring and attentive, with relatives describing warm, respectful support and a calmer atmosphere. Improvements had been made to the environment and to consent and staffing arrangements. The provider had a clear improvement plan and was working with the local authority to strengthen continuity of care.
