Oakley House Ltd

Oakley House provides personal care for up to 11 people with mental health diagnoses and learning disabilities. At inspection, nine people were living at the service. The home supports residents with respect, equality, and dignity, promoting their choices and independence while facilitating access to local communities. Staff work to ensure people receive appropriate support tailored to their individual needs and circumstances.
