Linwood

Linwood provides accommodation and personal care for up to 67 people, some living with dementia or with specific health conditions. Around 66 people were living there when inspectors visited.

The CQC found significant improvements since the previous inspection, when several breaches had been identified. These had all been resolved, with staffing levels, risk management and leadership praised, though minor concerns about the environment, infection control and medicines storage were raised with the registered manager. People and relatives said they felt safe, well cared for and involved in decisions, describing staff as kind and the management as approachable and responsive.
