Linwood accommodates up to 67 older people across three floors, including those with physical disabilities or living with dementia. At inspection, 44 people were living at the service.

Inspectors found significant concerns regarding medicine management and risk assessment, with medicines and associated care risks not always being handled safely. The home's approach to supporting people's choice and control fell short of best practice standards, with staff not consistently supporting residents in the least restrictive way possible. Policies and systems at the service did not adequately support person-centred practice, and care provided did not consistently meet people's individual and current needs.
