Rowland House Care Home

Rowland House is a care home without nursing for up to seven adults, specialising in care for people with acquired brain injury, including Huntington's disease. At the time of inspection, seven people were living at the home.

Staff demonstrated the knowledge and skills needed to provide safe and effective care, with a clear understanding of people's individual needs and their conditions. Risks involved in care were mitigated and managed effectively. The provider operated safe recruitment procedures, and staff understood their safeguarding responsibilities and how to report concerns appropriately.
