Mersey Parks Care Home is a residential care and nursing home providing personal and nursing care to 102 people aged 65 and over. The service accommodates up to 120 people across four single-floor units and an office block. One unit provides nursing care, two units support people living with dementia with residential care, and the fourth provides general residential care. Each unit features communal living and dining areas, adapted bathrooms, and single bedrooms with ensuite facilities.
People reported feeling safe and happy at the home. One resident said, "The staff make me feel safe." The inspection identified a recommendation regarding the recording of medicines administration.
