SENSE - 54 Monks Dyke Road provides care and support for people with learning disabilities and autistic people, many of whom are non-verbal or use only key words to communicate. The CQC found the service was performing well overall and rated it Good.

Inspectors found people were safeguarded from harm by knowledgeable, well trained staff, with risks managed effectively and sufficient staffing in place. Needs were properly assessed, with relatives involved and the Mental Capacity Act applied appropriately. Families spoke highly of communication and staff commitment, and had confidence in the management team.
