About Manor House

Manor House is a residential care home in Doncaster, providing personal care for autistic people and people with learning disabilities. Details of the CQC's most recent findings are set out below.

Manor House provides personal care for autistic people and people with learning disabilities, supporting nine people at the time of assessment. The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding staff knowledgeable about safeguarding, person centred, and effective at supporting access to healthcare. People and relatives spoke positively about safety and independence, including support to attend community activities.

Inspectors did note some environmental concerns, such as hot radiators and missing window restrictors, which the home began addressing after the assessment. Medicines were mostly managed safely, though records did not always reflect carried over amounts, and some management systems still needed embedding to catch issues promptly.
